HomeNote provides independent buyer-side property decision reports for clients considering real estate purchases in Spain. The service is provided online and is based on client-submitted property information, public market evidence, listing information, location research and clearly labelled assumptions.

3. What HomeNote is not

HomeNote is not a real estate agency, law firm, tax advisory firm, mortgage broker, architectural surveyor, technical inspection company or official valuation company.

HomeNote reports are not formal property valuations, legal advice, tax advice, mortgage advice, investment advice or technical inspections.

Clients should use qualified lawyers, tax advisors, mortgage advisors, architects or technical inspectors where professional advice or formal due diligence is required.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices shown on the website or in written communication are stated in euros. MB NELAIKYK NAMIE is not VAT registered / not a VAT payer. Any applicable payment conditions will be shown before payment or in the payment communication.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another stated payment provider. The payment provider may apply its own terms, security checks and payment processing rules.
